Because our jams and preserves are perishable food items, we want to ensure you’re 100% satisfied while maintaining strict health and safety standards. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Perishable Products – All Sales Final

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Email us at marshallsgarden25@gmail.com with the following:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

    • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the product

  • A store credit

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • You contact us after 3 days of delivery

  • Evidence of damage or issue is not provided

  • The product has been consumed or discarded

 

3. Incorrect Orders

 

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

  • We’ll send you the correct product at no additional cost or issue a refund.

 

4. Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier (weather, strikes, etc.)

However, if you experience a delivery issue, please reach out. We’ll do our best to help resolve the situation with the carrier.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened jars

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom orders or gift boxes

 

6. Refund Processing Time

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
