We currently ship to:

  • England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland

  • If you are outside our shipping zone, please contact us before placing an order.

 
2. Processing Times
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (e.g. holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

 
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping 5-7 business days  £4.00 (Free over £35.00)

Expedited Shipping 1–3 business days  £8.00

Local Delivery  3-4 business days  £2.50

Pick-up  2-5 business days  Free

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over £35.00.

 
5. Packaging
  • All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • We use food-safe, eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

  • Jars are cushioned with protective wrap to minimise breakage risk.

 
6. Perishable Shipping Notes
  • Our jams and preserves are shelf-stable but sensitive to extreme heat.

  • During hot weather, we may ship only on certain days or use expedited shipping to reduce transit time.

  • If special storage instructions apply, they will be included on the product label.

  • We will review the case and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.
